By using dtstyles ("the Site") you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. What the Site Does

dtstyles is a community platform for sharing Darktable processing styles. Registered users can upload, browse, vote on, and collect .dtstyle files. All styles are publicly available for download.

3. CC0 License: Styles You Upload

By uploading a style you confirm that:

• You are the original creator of the style, or you have sufficient rights to release it.
• You dedicate the style to the public domain under the Creative Commons CC0 1.0 Universal license.
• You waive all copyright and related rights worldwide to the extent permitted by law.

Once uploaded, a style is publicly available and may be used, copied, or modified by anyone for any purpose without attribution.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to share your account or use another person's account without permission.

5. Prohibited Content

You may not upload styles that are malicious, that infringe third-party intellectual property, or that you do not have the right to release. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms without notice.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Site will be available at all times or that styles will produce any particular result.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, dtstyles and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
